To create a Helafela account –

  1. Go to helafela.com and click Login/Register icon located on upper right of the webpage.
  2. Click on Register.
  3. Enter your Name, Mobile phone number, Username, Email address & Password.
  4. Agree to Terms and conditions, Privacy policy checkbox and Click Register.
  5. To finish creating your account, you need to confirm your Email address or mobile phone number.

To Login to Helafela account –

  1. Go to helafela.com and click Login/Register icon located on upper right of the webpage.
  2. Enter your Username or E-mail & Password.
  3. Click on Login.
  4. You Can uset the Remember Me feature which is browser-specific, meaning it does not “follow the user.” The checkbox must be selected on each device used to authenticate. Remember Me is also cookie-based, so clearing the cache and cookies in your web browser will wipe out your Remember Me selection.
  5. You can also Login by Social Login, which is single sign-on for end users. Using existing login information from a social network provider like Facebook, Google or Apple. Log into website instead of creating a new account.

During registration process, enter your mobile number in the Phone number field, Click on Send OTP. You will receive an One time password (OTP) code on your specified number. Enter that code to the OTP Code field and click on Verify OTP. If the code matches, your Phone number will be successfully verified.

To Verify your account to show verified badge beside your Name/Brand, login to your account by click on My Account then My Documents. Under My Documents section, provide nessasary documents to ensure your Verified eligibility.

Note: We may ask you to upload a clear photo of your valid government issued ID card, driver’s license, or passport and other documents to verify your identity.

To post an ad –

  1. Login to your Account.
  2. Click on Post Your Ad button located on upper right corner.
  3. Select Ad Type, Select Category then fill up all the nessasary fields, upload good quality images, agree to the Terms and Condition checkbox, finally click on Submit.
  4. Your Ad will be submit for pending review. The ad review system reviews ads for violations of our Advertising Standards. Most ads are reviewed & approved within 10 minutes to highest 24 hours. You can check the status of your Ad by visiting My Listings under My Account.

To Promote an Ad –

  1. Login to your Account.
  2. Under My Account, click on My Listings. You can see all your listing here.
  3. Click Promote button on specified ad listing you want to promote.
  4. Choose your promotion types (Top, Featured, Bump Up) with duration, then click Proceed to Payment.
  5. Select your preferred payment method and make the payment clear. You are all done. Your Ad listing will show with Promotion according to your choosen Promotion types (Top, Featured, Bump Up).

To Edit an Ad –

  1. Login to your Account.
  2. Under My Account, click on My Listings. You can see all your listing here.
  3. Click Edit button on specified ad listing you want to Edit.
  4. After completing your edit, click on Update. That’s it.

To Mark an Ad as Sold –

  1. Login to your Account.
  2. Under My Account, click on My Listings. You can see all your listing here.
  3. Click Mark as sold button on specified ad listing you want to mark as sold item. That’s it. Your Ad listing will show up with the mentioned Sold.

To Delete an Ad listing-

  1. Login to your Account.
  2. Under My Account, click on My Listings. You can see all your listing here.
  3. Click Delete button on specified ad listing you want to delete. That’s it. Your Ad listing will be deleted immediately.

To Chat with Seller/Buyer –

  1. Login to your Account.
  2. Click on the Ad listing you want to communicate with Chat.
  3. Click on Chat under Seller Information. A chat popup window will appeared on lower right corner.
  4. You can now start chat with the seller. You also able see Online/Offline status of the seller under Seller Information section.

To Email a Seller/Buyer –

  1. Login to your Account.
  2. Click on the Ad listing you want to communicate with Email.
  3. Click on Email to Seller/Buyer under Seller Information. An Email popup window will appear. Fill up the Email form and click on Submit. That’s it.

To avail your Membership –

  1. Login to your Account.
  2. Under My Account, on your Dashboard, under Membership Report, You have the option to purchase Membership.
  3. Choose your Membership package with duration, then click Proceed to Payment.
  4. Select your preferred payment method and make the payment clear. You are all done.

To Report an Ad listing –

  1. Login to your Account.
  2. Click on the Ad listing you want to Report Abuse.
  3. Under Overview section, click on Report Abuse.
  4. Write in details about your complaint and click on Submit. That’s it. We will review your complaint and will take the necessary steps.
